Hello beautiful souls, I am Blenedy Vargas, AKA HOLISTIC Bella. I am a certified Natural Health Practitioner. I offer Spiritual Health Life Coaching showing you how to ‘do the inner work” using ancestral medicine practices to help heal your wounds due to trauma either recent or from your childhood. My goal is to have you fall in love with yourself, practice forgiveness and live with your true identity of love, light and a passion for becoming everything you ever wanted to be- your true identity I am filled with so much joy to see my patients live with inner peace and have a clearer vision of their purpose in life. I work independently with my patients either locally in Miami or wherever I am needed in America or throughout our world.
Medicine Woman Being immersed in nature and living a holistic lifestyle was always a part of me. Raised in the Dominican Republic, I grew up with an appreciation for nature and living holistically. I have over 12 years practicing in the natural health industry. I moved to America in 2009 to go to nursing school. It was during my time practicing as a nurse that I started to see that I wanted to help my patients heal with a more holistic approach that was not condoned by the hospital I worked at. Thus in 2019 Holistic Bella was formed. I began my journey to align with my core beliefs that healing happens best when we learn to quieten the noises from the outside and sit with all the parts of ourselves. I traveled to Mexico and Colombia to extensively learn about ancestral medicine. We inherit not just the physical traits from our parents but also their previous generational traumas. Through the practice of ancestral healing, I help people release what no longer serves them and how to better understand themselves, their habits and coping mechanisms.
